At the beginning of the nineties Care Germany e.V., one of the big private relief organizations which is known to everybody for the CARE parcels sent during World War II, commissioned a special project: In Dedenevo in Russia a rehabilitation center had to be erected. On an area of 2 ha 11 buildings for the center including an indoor therapy pool were built. ELCON was charged with the complete realization of all the electrical and communications systems.

required thorough clarification with local authorities and public suppliers.
