All electrical and mechanical services (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing) newly installed. All installations are carried out to the latest standard in building services engineering.

An old detached building was completely refurbished and brought up to a high technical standard, with a security airlock, visa section, embassy and ambassador’s residence. ELCON also supplied all mechanical services components.
