Scope of services:

ELCON was the general contractor. 

The following services were provided:

• Dry construction systems and suspended ceilings
• Raisedaccess floor
• Painting and smoothing jobs
• Internal doors, glass screens and builtin furniture
• Electrical installation
• Ventilation system
• Air conditioning system
• Sanitary installation
• Sun protection 
• Fire alarm system
• Gas fireextinguishing installations

Special features:

Building services had to be provided within a period of 3 months.
For reasons of such a short time work was performed in shift operation over 24 hours a day.
In peak periods up to 175 workers were busy on the project.
